Role Purpose
To drive revenue growth, market access, and strategic partnerships while ensuring balanced channel
distribution and strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Channel Expansion
- Build wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels
- Achieve balanced channel mix (40/30/20/10)
Sales & Strategic Partnerships
- Secure framework contracts and offtake agreements
- Manage key accounts (processors, retailers, institutions)
Brand & FMCG Growth
- Lead product positioning and brand development
- Execute promotions and market campaigns
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS ≥50)
- Ensure repeat business ≥70%
Revenue Growth Strategy
- Identify new markets (local and ECOWAS)
- Expand distribution and optimise pricing
Qualifications & Experience
- HND, Degree in Marketing, Business, or related
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B sales
Success Metrics
- ≥4 framework contracts annually
- ≥50 retail outlets activated
- Revenue growth ≥25% YoY
- Strong customer retention
