Role Purpose

To drive revenue growth, market access, and strategic partnerships while ensuring balanced channel
distribution and strong brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Channel Expansion

  • Build wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels
  • Achieve balanced channel mix (40/30/20/10)

Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Secure framework contracts and offtake agreements
  • Manage key accounts (processors, retailers, institutions)

Brand & FMCG Growth

  • Lead product positioning and brand development
  • Execute promotions and market campaigns

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS ≥50)
  • Ensure repeat business ≥70%

Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Identify new markets (local and ECOWAS)
  • Expand distribution and optimise pricing

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND, Degree in Marketing, Business, or related
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B sales

Success Metrics

  • ≥4 framework contracts annually
  • ≥50 retail outlets activated
  • Revenue growth ≥25% YoY
  • Strong customer retention
